Thanks for purchasing our products or subscribing to our services on digitalgimmick.com and its associated product properties (Bragly.io, SERPView.com, Foundr.ai, Inbound.Link, and other products operated by Digital Gimmick).

Refund eligibility

As per our policy, digital products that are downloadable, licensed, or accessed on a subscription basis cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense — but you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. After the 7-day period you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

We encourage our customers to try the product or service in the first 7 days after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

To obtain a refund, the customer has to provide their order and online access code information to our customer service team.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds

Refund method

After we process your refund request, our team will review and issue the refund to the original payment method you used during the purchase. Note that it may take up to 7 business days for a refund to show up on your bank or credit card statement.

Subscription cancellations

For ongoing subscriptions, you may cancel at any time from your account settings within each product. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. For pro-rated refunds on annual subscriptions, please contact us directly.
